Our coconut sap sugar is made using a natural 2-step process where a cut is made on the flower of the coconut palm and the liquid sap is collected into containers. The sap is placed under heat until most of the water has evaporated and then filtered to a very fine sugar. natnat coconut sap sugar has caramel taste and without coconut taste.

Coconut sap sugar has low glycemic index (GI) of only 35. It could improve glycemic control and is rich in antioxidants. It is a healthy alternative to conventional sugar and is safe for diabetic to consume.
